Olympic High School senior Liza Ambrose, a captain who led the Lady Trojans to a second-place finish at the 2009 Class 3A state bowling championships in February, signed a letter of intent Thursday to bowl next season at William Penn University in Iowa.

Ambrose was the leading roller on an Olympic team that earned silver at state the past two seasons.
